Online Return Policy
Residential Upholstered Furniture
We will allow you to exchange residential upholstered furniture within 3 days of when you receive it, for product of the same or lesser value. All exchanges will be handled by your local La-Z-Boy furniture store handling your order. Fabric protection and delivery charges are not taken into account in determining the value of the product you received nor are they refundable. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value. All exchanged items must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 30% for exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 3 days of receiving your merchandise.
Mattresses
We will allow you to return your mattress at any time during your 100-day trial period. If your mattress was never removed from its box, you'll print a prepaid shipping label and drop the box off at UPS. For mattresses that are fully expanded and out of the box, please contact us at +1 800-375-6890 to initiate your return. We'll work with you to arrange a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner and refund you in full. Your original form of payment will be refunded within two weeks. Your 100-day trial begins when your mattress is delivered.
Outdoor Furniture
We will allow you to return or exchange outdoor furniture within 30 days of when you receive it. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value, and will be responsible for any additional cost in exchanging for an item of greater value. All returned or exchanged items must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 30% for returned or exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
Office Furniture
We will allow you to return or exchange office furniture within 30 days of when you receive it. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value, and will be responsible for any additional cost in exchanging for an item of greater value. All returned or exchanged items must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You will be required to pay a restocking fee up to 20% for returned or exchanged merchandise. There are separate charges if you want us to pick up your merchandise or deliver the replacement merchandise. You cannot return or exchange after 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
Pet Beds
We will allow you to return or exchange any pet bed within 30 days of when you receive it. You may not receive payment in exchanging for an item of lesser value, and will be responsible for any additional cost in exchanging for an item of greater value. All returned or exchanged items must be in “new” condition (no smoke, pet odors, hair, soil, etc.). You cannot return or exchange after 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
